You may request maintenance service by calling the Routine Maintenance Line
at (814) 234-0674 and leaving a message regarding apartment number with a
detailed request for maintenance. Once completed, a member of our
maintenance staff will promptly respond to the request.
In the case of an emergency, please call our Emergency Maintenance Line at
(814) 237-0748. Call this number 24 hours a day, year round.
Examples of situations considered to be an emergency are:
- Fire or smoke
- no heat in the winter
- plumbing leak or sewer stoppage
- no electricity
- gas odor, fire or smoke
- no hot water
- people stuck in elevator
- Lockouts (lockout fees will be changed per Resident Handbook)
Please do not use this line to report a non-emergency. Misuse of the
Emergency Maintenance Line or requesting non-emergency maintenance requests
on the Emergency Line is a direct violation of your lease.
