In order to obtain parking privileges, a separate parking application is required. A parking lease will then be drawn up to coincide with your apartment lease. You must agree to lease a parking space for 12 months at $80 per month. To secure a parking space, we require, along with your parking application, an advance payment of $160, which will be applied to the first and last month's parking rent. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vehicles with valid parking stickers are permitted to park in any of our four resident parking lots. They are located at Beaver Hill, Cedarbrook, Diplomat, and Garner Court. Parking behind Alexander Court is reserved for A.W. & Sons employees. There are three public parking lots within three blocks of our buildings for visitor parking.

Motorcycles do not require parking permits but are limited to designated parking areas. Please contact the A.W. & Sons rental office for more information regarding the parking of motorcycles.

There are two loading and unloading zones at both Beaver Hill and Cedarbrook. There is a maximum time limit of 15 minutes allowed to residents using these zones, and flashers must be used when in these areas.
